Clock Book: recipes from a modern Moroccan kitchen


When Mike Richardson of the Café Clock in Fès asked me to write their cookbook, a wonderful adventure began that caused me to fall head over heels with the Fès medina in all its strange and crazy gloriousness.

My year spent going in and out of this extraordinary place gave me a real passion for Moroccan food, particularly camel burgers, and culminated in my buying a small Dar in the Andalous Quarter.

Mike and I are currently working on Clock Book II, and my Dar will soon open as a rental and cooking space for food lovers.  The Clock Book available to purchase here
