About me

I am a food and travel writer, culinary guide and cookery teacher. I split my time between Barcelona, Spain and Fez, Morocco and try to squeeze as much travel as possible in the gaps in between.

Over the past 12 years I have covered innumerable destinations – usually with a food angle – for a wide variety of publications. Most recently I have reported on the Michlifen Hotel, Ifrane, Morocco for Conde Nast Traveler; chef Angel Leon and his love of plankton for Scanorama and Fool magazine; and Jaegerborgsgade – Copenhagen’s food street – for the Telegraph.
